I can't think of a much more "authentic cheese" than Lincolnshire Poacher... The farmer who makes it from unpasteurised milk knows every single one of his cow herd by name and is proud of it. It's a lovely cheese too, one of Britain's best by far.

cheese,...nonsense. in lincolnshire convicted poachers are humanely slautered and processed into a tasty paste.a tradition for over 6 weeks.have u tried spotted dick?
